While the coastal setting offers stunning views, it also presents serious maintenance challenges—particularly due to constant exposure to salt air and moisture.

The Challenge

Over time, the harsh saltwater environment took a toll on the property’s exterior finishes. The original coatings began to break down, leading to visible corrosion on metal surfaces and noticeable color fading. In addition, the building’s sealants had deteriorated, compromising the integrity of the structure’s water barrier.
